Need to return your eyewear?
Here's how to handle
the return of your
online & in-store purchases.
You can return your eyewear for a full refund or replace them within 30 days of the dispense date,
which is the day they arrive at your home or the day you pick them up from the store.
Please note: Applies to original purchase. Does not cover accidental damage, scratches, breakage or theft.
We accept returns at all of our locations, including online purchases made on LensCrafters.com, Ray-Ban.com and Oakley.com.
All products except custom prescription eyewear can be returned in store.
Refunds normally take 5 working days but may take longer depending on your bank.

- To get the ball rolling, please visit our Return Request page* or contact Customer Care and provide your item(s) and order details. Within 48 hours, we will email a prepaid shipping label or an update on your request.
*If you’re returning a pair of Ray-Ban Stories, please begin your return request by calling Customer Care. - Once you get the email, print out the prepaid shipping label, pack up the product in the same box, attach the shipping label and send it on off.
- On receiving the returned product, we'll refund your purchase on the card you used at checkout or in the case of a replacement order, we will ship the replacement. This process can take about 7-10 days and you'll receive an email confirming your refund or replacement. For any questions, please give our Customer Care team a call.

- Take them back to the same location you bought them at.
- Make sure they're in original condition and undamaged.
- Bring your receipt and an associate will guide you through the return process.
